How do I book an inspection?
Message Justin with the supplier, factory location, product, order quantity and preferred date. The scope and availability will be confirmed before the visit.
How quickly can an inspection be arranged?
It depends on location, schedule and factory access. Send the details and Justin will confirm the earliest practical option.
Will I receive photos and videos?
Yes, where appropriate to the inspection. Visual evidence is a core part of showing you what was actually found.
Do you use AQL?
AQL sampling can be used when it fits the inspection and buyer requirements. The sampling level and acceptance limits should be agreed before the job.
Can you inspect Amazon FBA products?
Yes. The scope can include product quality, packaging, labeling, carton markings and other seller-provided checks.
Can you do a factory audit before I place an order?
Yes. A practical supplier/factory review can help you understand the operation before a larger commitment.
Can you inspect anywhere in China?
Coverage depends on schedule and factory location. Send the address first so travel and timing can be confirmed.
Do you guarantee that a shipment has zero defects?
No inspection can guarantee zero defects in an entire production lot. Inspection reduces information risk by checking an agreed sample and scope, then documenting what was found.
Can the supplier influence the result?
The purpose of independent inspection is to report the observed condition to the buyer. Findings should not be changed simply to make the supplier more comfortable.
When should I pay my supplier?
Payment terms are a commercial decision between you and the supplier. Inspection gives you evidence you can use before releasing a balance payment or authorizing shipment.
